These Terms of Service ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you and Song Haoqi ("I", "me", "my" or "the Individual Developer"). Please carefully read and understand your rights and obligations under this Agreement before using the application ("Application" or "Software") and related services ("Services") developed by me.

This Agreement does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through my Services. By accessing, viewing or using this Application, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, please stop using this Application immediately.

You must be at least 17 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain explicit permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of another person or entity, you must have the authority to accept these terms of the Agreement on their behalf.

I reserve the right to modify this Agreement as needed for business development purposes. The revised Agreement will be published within the Software or on my personal homepage (if any). You understand and agree that if you continue to use the Software after the date of the change in terms, I will deem your continued use as acceptance of and compliance with the updated terms.

1. General Usage Restrictions

1.1 I grant you a personal, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to use the Application. Unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, you may install, use, display or run the Application or use the Services on your smart mobile terminal devices (including but not limited to tablets and smartphones) for non-commercial purposes.

1.2 You may not use the Application under the following circumstances:

• You may not create derivative works from the Application or commercially exploit the Application in whole or in part in any way
• You may only use the Application for lawful purposes
• Unless permitted by the Application's functions, you may not use, sell, modify or distribute the Application
• You may not engage in any behavior that endangers computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or accessing servers/accounts without authorization; entering public computer networks or others' computer systems to delete, modify or add stored information without permission; attempting to search, scan or test vulnerabilities of the Application system or network or other acts that undermine network security; attempting to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Application system, intentionally spreading malicious software or viruses, and disrupting normal Internet information services; forging (part of) the name of TCP/IP packets

1.3 You may not use the Application in a manner that causes damage, suspension, overload or quality degradation to the Application (or the servers and Internet connected to the Application), or that may affect the way the Services are provided.

1.4 You undertake not to copy, grant sublicenses to, share with or sell the Application or Services to any other person. You shall be fully responsible for any costs and expenses arising therefrom.

1.5 I strictly prohibit the use of my Services for the following purposes:

• Illegal activities: Any act that violates the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China
• Child sexual abuse material or any content that exploits or harms children
• Generating hate, harassment or violent content: Content that expresses, incites or promotes identity-based hatred; content intended to harass, threaten or bully individuals; or content that promotes or glorifies violence or glorifies suffering or insults others
• Generating malicious software: Content that attempts to generate code designed to damage, destroy or gain unauthorized access to computer systems
• Activities with high risk of personal injury, including: weapons development; military and warfare; management or operation of critical infrastructure such as energy, transportation and water; or content that promotes, encourages or depicts self-harm, such as suicide, self-injury and eating disorders
